Returns Policy



  1. Only products that have been invoiced are eligible for return. For orders that are in process please contact our customer service department.
  2. Only standard stocked items are eligible for return unless the product is being returned for warranty reasons.
  3. Returned product must be in resalable condition and in its original packaging. Credit will not be issued for products which are not returned in a condition that Triad Technologies considers resalable.
  4. All products are not returnable. Items such as, but not limited to - made to order, assembled, or custom products are not eligible for return unless the return is for warranty reasons.
  5. Products are eligible for return up to 120 days after the invoice date or the allowable return time from the original manufacturer if shorter than 120 days.
  6. All returns except warranty claims will be subject to restocking fee. The restocking fee will be the higher of 25% of the invoiced value of the returned product, or a restocking fee from our supplier.
  7. Upon approving a return Triad Technologies will issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). The RMA will provide instructions on how to return the goods.
  8. Products not received within 30 days of the issuance date on the RMA will not be accepted for return and will be sent back via freight collect.
